What is Acodox?
Acodox is a multi-tenant accounting and business management platform. It gives every business an isolated database with double-entry ledgers, automated trial balance verification, biometric identity, and real-time financial reporting.
How does double-entry accounting work in Acodox?
Every transaction is recorded with equal debits and credits across the chart of accounts. Acodox continuously verifies that the trial balance nets to zero, so errors are caught before they reach your reports.
Is my business data kept separate from other tenants?
Yes. Each approved business gets its own dedicated database with its own schema, users, and permissions. Data never crosses tenant boundaries.
How does biometric authentication work?
Acodox integrates with hardware-level fingerprint devices such as the DigitalPersona 4500. Employees are enrolled once, and every sensitive action can be authorized biometrically with a tamper-proof audit trail.
What reports can I generate?
You can generate a General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Receivables and Payables aging, and more — with print-ready 58mm, 80mm, and A5 voucher formats.
Can I manage multiple branches or companies?
Yes. Each branch or company can run as its own isolated workspace, while a Super Admin manages tenants, modules, and users from a single control panel.
How do I get started?
Create a workspace from the sign-up page. Once your account is approved, your dedicated tenant database is provisioned automatically and you can start configuring accounts, users, and modules.
What support is available?
